Canal & River Trust regularly produces video content to keep the public informed about the wide range of work taking place across its waterways, communities, and volunteer networks. This can range from responding to specific events, such as infrastructure incidents, to more ongoing activity including community workshops, wellbeing programmes, and regional updates.

I filmed a number of these public-facing pieces as part of that wider output, documenting activity on location and recording interviews with staff, volunteers, and participants. Among the types of content produced were Regional Roundup updates, including a North West edition filmed in November 2025 around the organisation’s annual awards day, alongside other films designed to highlight ongoing work and community engagement across the network.
